I love this image....perfect stillness. I have had trouble capturing canoes and kayaks (and bananas for that matter). I just can't get the shape to work well for me. You nailed it. As for the verse, I have yet to find my stillness. I hear often from many that I should, but I can't seem to sit still and certainly can't make my mind be still. Maybe later. Happy day my friend.
I love the quotation by Morgan Freeman on stillness. You water scene with boats is so appropriate for the theme.
